Shipping Policy
Shipping destinations, processing times, tracking, and express-shipping terms for ThermostatsDirect orders.
ThermostatsDirect is operated by Cold Air Central. The terms below reflect its shipping policy, reviewed September 18, 2026.
Where we ship
Delivery is available throughout the 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories, including U.S. post office boxes and APO/FPO/DPO destinations. Available checkout shipping options depend on your items and delivery address.
Processing and delivery
Orders ship on weekdays, excluding holidays. Processing time depends on the product’s handling requirements. Choosing express shipping does not guarantee delivery on Saturday. Cold Air Central is not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking your order
A shipment confirmation email includes your tracking link. Tracking information may need up to 48 hours to update. If no confirmation appears after one business day, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
Shipping fees
Express-shipping charges and other third-party fees cannot be refunded.
