Key return terms
- Return window: 30 days, unless different terms were stated at purchase.
- Shipping labels: Provided only for defective items.
- Condition and fees: Full refunds require inspection and confirmation of resellable condition. Items not in new, resellable condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Request a return or exchange
Sign into the Cold Air Central account used for your purchase, select the order, and choose Request Return. Follow the shipping instructions and select a refund or replacement.
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items immediately to sales@coldaircentral.com.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Warehouse processing takes 1–3 business days after delivery. Banks typically take another 3–5 business days; allow up to 7 before contacting support.
