ThermostatsDirect is operated by Cold Air Central. We are working to make our product information and shopping experience accessible, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target.

Get help or report a barrier

If you have difficulty using this website or accessing a product document, email sales@coldaircentral.com. You can ask for help finding product information, using the shopping features, or obtaining document information in a format you can use.

To help us understand the issue, include:

• The page address, product model, or document title.
• What you were trying to do and where you encountered difficulty.
• Your preferred format or way for us to help.
• Your browser and assistive technology, if you would like to share them.

You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.

Current limitations

A complete accessibility evaluation has not yet been completed, and we do not claim full WCAG conformance. Manufacturer PDFs may have accessibility limitations, including diagrams or reading order. Hosted checkout and all screen-reader, mobile, and zoom combinations have not yet been fully evaluated.
